長江實業集團 CK Asset Holdings Limited

Challenge
During the COVID-19 epidemic, CK Asset, one of the four major real estate developers, launched new projects for sale. In order to cope with the epidemic and avoid excessive crowd gatherings, it planned to take new measures and implement an online appointment service for viewing show flats. However, because the launch of new projects usually attracts a large number of citizens to visit the show flats, Cheung Kong Holdings Group is worried that there will be a large amount of network traffic in a short period of time, causing the reservation system to crash.

Solution
RedSo helped the real estate developer introduce the RoomQ virtual waiting room and integrate the system into the Cheung Kong Group's webpage to divert multiple people to the waiting page. After the previous group of people completed their registration, the next group of people were allowed to enter the registration website in sequence. In addition to avoiding unnecessary crowd gatherings during the epidemic, it also makes the online registration process very smooth.

Impact
Within a month, thousands of guests who had made reservations to view houses were successfully transferred to register to visit the demonstration units. This not only fulfilled all user needs, but also improved the anti-epidemic at the same time.
